Matthew J. McDonald Is a real estate attorney in Portland Maine. He is part owner of Cumberland Title Services, LLC a woman owned company.
Matthew received his law degree from the University of Maine Law School in 2001 and received a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Southern Maine. Matthew is a member of the Maine State Bar Association.
Matthew primarily practices in the real estate transaction field and has worked on everything from $10,000.00 deals to real estate transactions of over 100 million. In his spare time (which there isn't much of these days) he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Madeline and Greta and his wife of 10 years Randee. He “dabbles” in comedy and has appeared in local comedy clubs. “it's hardly a career move” says Matthew. He's also been known to spend a few hours on his Xbox 360 and enjoys grilling out - year round.
