In the early 1970s Bruce Lee suddenly gained world notoriety by blending many different combat disciplines into a self-styled fighting and life philosophy which he made famous called Jeet Kune Do. It revolutionized martial arts and attracted the attention and following of millions of westerners. Following in that same tradition, founder and fitness expert Shea Vaughn has created SheaNetics®, a new and revolutionary lifestyle practice that appeals to anyone wanting to make positive and beneficial changes that are truly life lasting.

SheaNetics® is an innovative blend of Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, Tai Chi, GYROKINESIS®, Dance and other great exercise techniques that produce fabulous workouts. Shea Vaughn’s self-styled choreography is creative, fresh, challenging and energizing and helps you to build strength and sculpt your body while increasing balance and flexibility. SheaNetics also introduces you to “Tri-Core-Power Training” – a highly effective technique for developing all three regions of the core, improving balance and boosting physical performance.

As your workouts progress, positive and lasting physical changes quickly become possible. But you’ll also experience mental benefits as well by embracing the SheaNetics Five Living Principles of Well-Being - Commitment, Perseverance, Self-Control, Integrity and Love. They inspire and motivate your workouts while giving direction and purpose to the rest of your life.

While many of us seek the health and balance that comes through creating harmony within our mind, body and self, finding well-being can seem as challenging as climbing Mt. Everest. In reality, it’s more like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz clicking her heals and realizing what she was searching for was there all along. The answer is actually quite simple - it’s SheaNetics®. This inspiring lifestyle practice marries mental and physical well-being techniques so you can feel more present, comfortable, and confident in your everyday activities. You learn to embrace what you can do and be forgiving of what you find challenging.

SheaNetics has recently released its inaugural 3-DVD/ 3-CD Collection. Each DVD includes an exciting new progressive workout, reveals the “Essence of SheaNetics” and the “Five Living Principles of Well-Being” and is accompanied by its own SheaNetics music CD. The website at www.SheaNetics.com is a great source for more information on the SheaNetics lifestyle concept. The website provides a video introduction to SheaNetics and its Five Living Principles of Well-Being, and offers samples of the workouts in addition to student testimonials, physician endorsements, and a sign-up for the SheaNetics newsletter coming soon.

We feel SheaNetics is right at the leading edge of a new and more relevant trend in fitness, medicine and better living. So we say, “EMBRACE IT • OWN IT • LIVE IT®”

Acupuncture for Today's Times

Acupuncture has baffled medical experts and here’s why. It holds that an invisible life force called qi (pronounced chee) travels up and down the body in 14 meridians and illness and pain are due to blockage and imbalances in qi.
