Wendie Pett, a nationally recognized name in the fitness industry, is passionate about motivating and encouraging people to make fitness and nutrition part of their daily routine. She enthusiastically teaches the care of mind, body and spirit, helping others in learn the importance of reaching their full God-given potential through her Visibly Fit™ program—a total wellness and body weight resistance exercise program. Wendie has helped countless numbers of people reach their fitness goals with no wear and tear on their joints, tendons or ligaments by teaching simple and easy to do exercises that use your body as your gym. A great way to workout anytime, anywhere—no excuses allowed!Wendie appears regularly on nationwide television and speaks at corporate events, churches and universities promoting her Visibly Fit™ health and fitness philosophies. She's also a passionate fitness coach and consultant. In addition, she contributes as a featured columnist in the Total Wellness Newsletter reaching over 2.5 million readers monthly. She has just released her Visibly Fit™ DVD's 7x11 Daily Fitness, Firm & Fabulous 3 DVD Series, and The Visibly Fit Baby Boomer; her audio CD The Vital Discovery Process; and is the author of the book Every Woman's Guide to Personal Power.
Wendie is the owner and CEO of Wendie Pett Enterprises, LLC as well as community-minded volunteer for many causes. She is also mom to her son, Keegan, the light of her life. Native of Dallas, Texas, Wendie attended the University of North Texas in Denton. During her post-college years she became a true student of physical culture and taught many forms of fitness at health clubs and as a personal trainer.
It was after a major injury to her shoulder that Wendie resorted to body weight resistance exercises for strength and healing, and hasn't turned back to any other form of training since. With a hectic business and personal schedule that includes traveling; her Visibly Fit™ program has been the only way for her to keep her great physique without wasting time and money at the gym. Wendie's mission is to help get children and adults of all ages practicing and living the results and benefits of her Visibly Fit™ program.
Wendie attributes her success to the balance she's achieved in her life by putting God first, her family second and her business third.
