Your healthiest best you doesn't take a break on the weekends. Unlike the end of a work week, where it's time to ease up and relax, the weekends aren't the time to undo all of your hard well-being work. Your healthiest best you is 24/7, especially if you are focused and making change. It's very common to ease up and have fun over the weekend with food and drinking. This is a reminder to do your best to stay on track.

Sunday night dinner may have you feeling bothered with yourself on Monday! One trick is to eat 1/3 or 1/2 of what you would normally eat. So you are still eating all the fun stuff, just eating much less!
