I'm is a clinical psychologist, consultant and have authored of over a dozen books. I like to focus on how we can all enjoy happy, fulfilling lives while accomplishing great things in love, at home and at work as we appreciate ourselves, our world and all others. While I was researching my book "Happy Healthy…Dead," I kept coming across people in their 70s, 80s, 90s, even 100s who were happy, healthy and thriving. It distressed me that our society so often ignores these vibrant individuals who prove how just how terrific those later years can be.
