I am a book publicist and a writer living in NYC. My very first book that I worked on was on the NY Times Bestseller List for 63 weeks. I learned from that experience that it's important to know the rules of the game, but rules were made to be broken. This book is how I manifested my tagline: "I believe in hard work and magic." The book that went onto the NY Times Bestseller List was already 12 years old. People laughed at us and then we had the last laugh.
Working with my intuition in my personal and professional life has guided me all the way. Sometimes it may be not quite right but most often it leads me in the right direction.
I have my own blog which is called "Redhead's Rap". Most of my blogs are true stories. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad and many times both. Www.SherriRosen.Com
I also write articles for The Good Men Project, The Elephant Journal, and Mr. Beller's Neighborhood--- Three online magazines. Writing I have found is a powerful way to have a voice.
