Whispers of the Himalayas

I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving.

This can be a wonderful time of year, or it can be one of the most stressful times. Most of us have planned parties, shopping, entertaining, and may be trying to complete year end goals.

So what can we do to bring calm into our lives?

Add a brief meditation each morning!

On our most recent radio show, I ask Ajayan Borys, who has instructed and guided thousands of meditation students in North America, Australia, Europe, and India over the past 45 years, how to not only add meditation to our lives, but how to make it easier.

On the show we also talk about his new book, Whispers of the Himalayas, where he shares his experience of how he ended up meditating in a cave high in the Himalayas for two months! It’s an astounding story that I am sure you will enjoy!
