8 Weeks to Your Healthiest Best You

Updated: Sep 8, 2020

Note from Elizabeth: I'm so happy you are here with me to begin a journey or continue a journey to being your healthier you. My name is Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino and I only say this and the next sentence or two, because I know if I had landed on this post, by choice or change, I'd want to personally know way more about the person offering to guide me to be better. I think the short answer is I'm really no different than you are. I constantly seek the same, new or better ways to do things, think about things and so forth. Along that journey, I've discovered a love for helping people look and feel their best. I've helped hundreds of people now lose weight, change their mindset, feel better, look better and become a healthier you. In guiding people, I've discovered a common theme and some common questions that either people have asked me, asked of themselves or ask the larger universe.

The following is intended to be a free self-improvement mini-class. It's divided into 8 weeks and self-taught. It's a basic, get-in-touch with your health guide. It gives you a question a day to think about, journal about and even take action if you feel like you are at that stage. You're invited to join our Healthier You Facebook community and comment as well.

Love, Elizabeth
