Your Audience and Promotion

14. Please list your social media accounts, links, and approximate follower counts. Include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and any other relevant platforms.

15. Do you have an email newsletter, podcast, blog, or other audience? If so, please provide approximate audience size and relevant links.

16. Do you agree to actively promote the conference and invite your audience to register? Selected guests will be asked to share at least two social media posts and one additional invitation through an email, newsletter, podcast, website, or personal outreach, as appropriate.

Your Books and Resources

17. Do you have a book, course, podcast, website, nonprofit, or other project you'd like us to highlight? Please provide details and links.

18. Would you like to offer attendees a free resource or gift? This might include an eBook, worksheet, guide, meditation, downloadable resource, or another meaningful offer. (Optional)

Participation Agreement

Do you agree to participate in a prerecorded online interview with Elizabeth and/or Katie, allow your interview and submitted promotional materials to be featured as part of the conference, and follow and help promote Best Ever You® and the conference hosts on the social media platforms you use?

A Few Important Details

All three Best Ever You® conferences are free to attend and take place online. Featured guest interviews will be prerecorded in a conversational format with Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino and/or Dr. Katie Eastman and presented during the respective conference.

We ask all selected guests to actively promote their participation and help introduce their conference to their audiences. Best Ever You® will provide promotional materials and registration information to make sharing easy. We believe that working together helps us reach more people, share meaningful messages, and create a greater impact.

Previous speaking experience is not required. Social media following size is not the determining factor in guest selection. We're looking for authentic voices, compelling stories, valuable expertise, fresh perspectives, and people who genuinely want to inspire, encourage, and empower others.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selected guests will receive additional information about recording schedules, promotional materials, and participation requirements. Recording and promotional permissions will be confirmed separately.
