Good Morning from Maine! #Gratitude to all!
Today's Best You Daily Inspiration and Journal Prompt is about trusting yourself and self-confidence.
Best You Daily will help guide you and your lifestyle to be the very best they can be. Following a few of my thoughts you'll find a journal prompt closer to the end of this blog. I hope you'll follow with me, as each day, I intend to give us all something to think about and/or write about through Best You Daily. We’re here to talk about your best life in 2017 and beyond. We’re here to learn to make some lasting changes in our lives.
I help people become open-minded, connect with gratitude, see a different path or action or way of looking at someone or something and, if needed, re-connect a person back to their authentic self if they are off course. I call this a course-correction. Through this all, however, it's up to the us all to step up to the plate and embrace our individual space while positioning ourselves as part of the community and world as well. It's your space and these are your moments.
You are the CEO of your Life, Time and Energy.
In order to embrace your space in the world, you must search inward and look to the end before you begin. We each leave our footprints wherever we go – no matter how young or how old we are. You are where you are today because of where you have been in the past. I believe we meet people for a reason, not by accident. I believe each person you’ve met and every experience you’ve endured along the way has given you the opportunity to learn, grow and change, and everything is what your soul needs. Through all of this, your greatest advice is closer than you think – it’s within your own head and heart. Learning to trust your intuition and believing in yourself with self-love, self-worth and a clear vision helps bring your authentic you to the world
Listen to your needs, your heart and your intuition. A large part of making change is to believe in yourself, your opinions, your abilities and standing strong in the face of anything bubbling up around you. Your attitude in these moments is mission critical. It ultimately falls on us to believe in ourselves, trust our capabilibites and cheer ourselves on. This creates the inner strength needed to bypass the resistance and negative energy. Don't allow life or others to chip away at your coffee mug. It's yours. What is true for you is only known to you. For the most part, attempts by others to know what we need is really all about them.
