Canceaux is their flagship and most popular hot sauce It has a sweet, garlic flavor with a kick. Truly addicting. Our son Quinn discovered this sauce while eating at Becky's Diner in Portland, Maine. Ever since, we've had to keep it in stock at our house for years now. It's a Maine staple in a house of six (four sons and my husband).
