Day 9: It's Tough to Out-Exercise a Bad Diet

Today's Healthiest Best You Daily Tip/Resource/Check-In

Daily Tip

Generally speaking, it's really tough to out-exercise a bad diet. Meaning if you are eating too much, it could be tough to burn that many calories in a day. If you don't burn calories, you will probably gain weight, retain fat, and create system dysfunction with your health, including inflammation.

Everyone is different, so it's hard to do a one post-fits all scenario.

My advice is to take a look at what you are eating. Consider taking an inventory of what you are eating for a week or two. This means everything though. Don't lie to yourself and please don't be irritated with yourself for your discoveries.

While you are taking inventory, let's get your system in drive and your metabolism going. Let's that 20 minutes of exercise happening each day.
