In this episode, we bring you Joana Fatondji in conversation with Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino while they talk about 'Self Awareness & Our Quantum Realm'.

Our host; Joana Fatondji, is the daughter of a German mother and a Ghanaian father. Born in Germany, raised in Ghana until she was 6 and then came back to live in Germany where she still resides.

She is the first of her family that went to get higher education – she has an international bachelor’s degree, is a trained holistic nutritionist and a certified transformational Life Coach. She is passionate about Wellness 360° spiritual, mental, physical and financial. Her mission is to share, educate and equip people with the knowledge and tools to design the life they absolutely love living. Currently she is mainly serving her tribe out of her Home Office through online courses ranging from 3- 12month long and ongoing support.

She is eagerly anticipating getting back out there and connecting with people face to face and in intimate spaces – where the energy exchange is deeply felt.

Elizabeth is also the author of the award-winning personal development book PERCOLATE - Let Your Best Self Filter Through (Hay House 4/14/14). Elizabeth is also the author and co-author of multiple children’s books, including A Lesson For Every Child – Learning About Food Allergies, Best Ever You, Self-Confident Sandy, Pinky Doodle Bug and Pinky Doodle Dance.

Elizabeth lives her daily life with allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. In 1998, she nearly lost her life due to an allergic reaction to almonds. In 1999, she had a second near-fatal allergic reaction while pregnant with her third son and was hospitalized for more than a week. With Brian Hom, she co-founded the Food Allergy Zone to find a cure and the cause of food allergies and is a spokesperson for FAACT - Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Connection Team.
