Winston Ben Clements was predicted to live a life of isolation and pain due to a rare bone disorder that stunted his growth, and caused his bones to be extremely fragile (fracturing more than 150 times by age 12). Despite his small stature (3 feet tall) and use of a wheelchair, Winston has taken a stand for a quality of life that knows no limits.

Nowadays he is a speaker and trainer, empowering audiences worldwide to break through their own barriers. Winston’s mission is to inspire 1 BILLION people to unleash their full human potential. Tell us about yourself.

I am from London, England and was born into a container known as Osteogenesis Imperfecta or simply - brittle bones disorder. My mission is to inspire 1 BILLION people to unleash their full human potential.

How did you get to be where you are today?

I have been fortunate to have an amazing support network starting with my family, and later on friends coaches and mentors. I am also a big believer in setting huge goals, and starting before you are ready!

Have you ever been fired?

I have made tonnes of mistakes at work - luckily none of them ever cost me my job!

What are your real passions?

Learning new things, creating content and building relationships. I am fortunate that I am exposed to all these things regularly through my work as a speaker and trainer.

If you won the lottery, what would you do?

Secure my family’s future, support good causes and travel the world!

What do you do to help others be their best?

In addition to my speaking, I am involved in various mentorship schemes for young people and I am a contributor for a number of personal development publications.

How do you help yourself be the best you can be?

By practicing self care – conscious breathing, prayer, reading, dancing and exercise!

What do you like to do in your personal life?

Spend time with my family and friends, reading, visiting new places and sleeping!

My mission is to inspire 1 BILLION people to unleash their full human potential.
