The Brobe - Best Ever You Awards - Winner - Best Products

Updated: Apr 28

Women across the board would agree- there is absolutely nothing flattering about wearing a hospital gown.

In early 2012, Brobe creator Allison Schickel made women rethink the conventional hospital gown when she designed the world’s first bra and robe combination for personal or medical use. Unlike standard hospital gowns, the Recovery Brobe is stylish, comfortable and offers women the support they need to recover after mastectomy, breast reconstruction or augmentation.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, The Brobe will host its “Heal Comfortable, Feel Beautiful” campaign to empower women undergoing breast cancer treatment. The campaign will support the Brobe’s mission to help women feel dignified and beautiful during an otherwise traumatic time by offering a luxurious recovery garment seamlessly combining fashion and functionality.

As part of the campaign, The Brobe and women’s jewelry company, Kendra Scott, have partnered to donate “Feel Beautiful” packages to local oncology offices. These packages will include a Recovery Brobe and handpicked piece of Kendra Scott jewelry.

In addition to the curated packages, the first 100 people to order a Recovery Brobe at regular retail price via the Brobe website during the month of October will also receive a free piece of Kendra Scott Rose Quartz jewelry.

Throughout the month, The Brobe will also offer a discounted Recovery Brobe for $60, which customers may donate to a friend or other woman in need.

Lastly, The Brobe will be donating a percentage of their sales to the TigerLily Foundation and the Eric Beverly Foundation.
