Good Morning from Maine! #Gratitude to all!
Today's Best You Daily Inspiration and Journal Prompt is about love.
Best You Daily will help guide you and your lifestyle to be the very best they can be. Following a few of my thoughts you'll find a journal prompt closer to the end of this blog. I hope you'll follow with me, as each day, I intend to give us all something to think about and/or write about through Best You Daily. We’re here to talk about your best life in 2017 and beyond. We’re here to learn to make some lasting changes in our lives.
I was thinking about my Aunt Barbara yesterday and looking around at some of the beautiful pieces of art she gave me when I was younger. I miss her all of the time. She died many years ago now of a stroke. My husband's parents have both passed away. We've planted trees in our yard to honor them.
I noticed in looking around on Facebook that many people are actually in some stage of grief. Loved ones have passed on and people take to Facebook for love and support. I've even posted about two pets now that have passed on.
It's hard to be happy when we sad, frustrated or even angry in reality. Many of us yearn for the way it was and it just isn't.
BEST YOU DAILY JOURNAL PROMPT
To begin, grab your notebook or your journal. Ask yourself these questions and write down what comes to your mind. Please answer all questions.
Are you sad or frustrated? About who or what?
Do you miss someone? Pick someone you miss and tell us about them. Feel free to post.
How do you cope with grief or sadness?
How do you honor the person or pet and yourself?
