One of the toughest things to not do right now is revert to old habits. It's tempting - but don't do it. You've been doing great and I know that pizza, chocolate, ice cream, skipping your work out or whatever it is might sound like a really great break right now. Don't do it. You'll thank yourself. Establish new healthiest best you habits.


Daily Resource:

Find a mantra you like and put it on your mirror and your refrigerator. A little reminder for yourself. Find some inspiration to lift you up and remind you when you have setback thoughts or moments.


Daily Check-In:

  • Have you either walked a mile today or exercised for 20 minutes? More?

  • How much water are you drinking?

  • What are you eating?

  • How much are you eating?
