Best Ever You: A Global Movement for Gratitude, Success, and Peace in 2025 and Beyond

ree

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino, founder of Best Ever You. One of the questions I hear most often is: “What exactly is Best Ever You?” As we step into the final months of 2025 and into 2026, I wanted to take a moment to share not only what Best Ever You is, but also what’s new this year and the exciting direction we’re heading.

I launched Best Ever You in 2008 after leaving the corporate world, with four small children at home and a determination to create meaningful work I could build from home. What started as a personal vision quickly grew into a global movement dedicated to helping people live with gratitude, authenticity, and purpose.

Best Ever You isn’t just a website or a podcast — it’s a movement. It’s built on the belief that every person has the capacity to rise into their highest potential when they are given the right tools, inspiration, and community.

Over the years, Best Ever You has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined back in 2008. What started at my kitchen table has become a worldwide resource for people looking to navigate change, redefine success, and live more peacefully. At its core, Best Ever You offers:

  • Expert Coaching and Resources → Helping individuals strengthen confidence, embrace change, and align with their authentic best selves. We also provide online life-coaching certification.

  • The Best Ever You Show → A globally acclaimed podcast featuring thought leaders, athletes, authors, and everyday people with extraordinary stories.

  • The Guidebook Series → A collection of bestselling books (The Change Guidebook, The Success Guidebook, The Peace Guidebook, and Percolate) that serve as roadmaps for transformation.

  • Community and Connection → A safe space where people can share, learn, and grow together while practicing gratitude, authenticity, and peace.

  • The Percolate Peace Project →  A global movement inviting one million people to cultivate peace through daily actions, shared stories, and compassionate living.

  • Workshops & Speaking Engagements Interactive sessions and keynote talks designed to bring the principles of Best Ever You to life in organizations, conferences, and communities.

  • Self-Care Tools & Free Resources → Downloadable guides, worksheets, blogs, reflection prompts, and Peace Prints™ that people can use in daily life.

  • Children’s Books & Family Resources Award-winning titles like A Lesson for Every Child: Learning About Food Allergies and Blueberry and Jam that extend the message of resilience, gratitude, and awareness to kids and families. Many books have been co-authored by Sally Huss and we highly recommend her books.

One of the most exciting parts of building Best Ever You has been watching the community grow and connect around the world. What started as me sharing from my own kitchen table has expanded into a movement reaching millions of people each year. Through my personal social media channels, books, podcast, and events, we’ve been able to inspire conversations about gratitude, success, and peace on a truly global scale. Here’s a snapshot of that reach today:

The Best Ever You Show: Inspiring Voices, Real Stories

At the heart of Best Ever You is its flagship podcast, The Best Ever You Show, which first aired in 2010. With more than 5 million downloads, the show has become a trusted platform for authentic conversations about life, success, and peace. Guests range from bestselling authors and entrepreneurs to athletes, musicians, and everyday heroes. Listeners tune in because the conversations are not about quick fixes or surface-level inspiration — they are about real stories, resilience, and practical wisdom that can be applied to everyday life.

Books That Anchor the Movement

Best Ever You is rooted in Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino’s bestselling Guidebook Series, books that have inspired thousands to embrace change, redefine success, and cultivate peace. Several of the books were co-authored with or authored by Dr. Katie Eastman, whose expertise in grief, change, and human development deepens everything we do at Best Ever You with practical wisdom and heart. Her voice ensures the series balances lived experience with clinical wisdom, making each book both practical and deeply compassionate.
